Damaged/Faulty Goods
Here at Ponyclubstore it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If an item is received damaged/faulty, you are welcome to return it for an exchange or refund, please email/call us before returning an item explaining your reasons for the return. You have 14 days to inform us if you wish to return or cancel goods. You then have a further 14 days after to return the goods.
Once your item has been received a refund or replacement will be sent out to you. We will refund you in the same manner as your original payment within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.
We will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and Bank holidays) via email to confirm return and issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
Cancellation of Order:
If you receive your item but change your mind, you are free to return the item to us for a refund. Please note that the item must be returned in its original unopened packaging via a trackable method of posting. Please ensure that you enclose a copy of your invoice with the returned item /RMA and state the reason for return. Refunds will be made once we receive the item, but we will not refund the cost of the returned postage.
