Postage & Packaging

Ponyclubstore takes great care to package every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a packaging fee to cover our labour and materials, which is included in your postage. This charge includes the amount it cost for boxes, packaging materials, time spent packaging your item and ensuring your item is distributed to the correct postal or courier service in a timely manner. A delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. We will notify you immediately if there is any delay and arrange with you another time for delivery.

We do post worldwide; All VAT and Customs charges are the customers responsibility, we have no control on your countries charges.
